The EASIEST way to create a photo book!

Saturday, November 05, 2016

I know it may be hard to believe from the lady who takes umpteen trillion photos of her children, but I am THE WORST at making scrap books or photo books of any kind. I mean I CAN make them and make them look great (I think) but I just don't. I don't have time... or I don't make the time to really focus on it. So, when the opportunity arose to try out Shutterfly's Make My Book service I jumped on it!

I had just wrapped Ezra's birthday party post and thought that would be a great event to document with a photo book. So, all I had to do is load the photos into my Shutterfly account, then choose the "Make My Book" service (this is a link directly to the service). Within a few days, I received an email that my book was ready for viewing. At this point you can make some changes if you choose or just place your order! You book is then printed and mailed right to you! Easy peasy as Jonah would say .

Here is a peek into our book. You can see all of the elements added by the designer and how Shutterfly paired certain photos together. When requesting the service, I asked that the the photos of the party be highlighted together and then the fun photos of Ezra with the balloon that I shot for this birthday invite!

The best part is the hard cover and quality papers used of the book. We chose a 10x10 but there are many different options with varying prices. You can see all of that here: https://ooh.li/7afabc2.

I will definitely be using this service in the future, because it actually gets it done! So, moms, I'm here to tell you that there is a way. This is a great way to get your memories to your coffee tables!

Check out the special discounts Shutterfly is currently offering here. Like Free Shipping and discounts of 30, 40, or 50 percent on your order!

I love the communication and connections one simple comment on a blog can bring. Lifetime friendships are formed, grown, and flourished in this little box. So, basically the pressure is on ;)
