Scents of the Holiday! - Behind the Camera and Dreaming

Scents of the Holiday!

Tuesday, December 01, 2015

The minute you walk in our door, it immediately smells like Christmas! Thymes is amazing. Even when the candles aren't lit, the smell of Frazier Fir fills the air. This is one of the most memorable scents of the holidays for me!

We are finally planning to go get our tree this weekend! I can't wait! I have been so ready to Christmas decor up, especially since I've been smelling these scents for the past two weeks. I don't think I have every used a Thymes product in the past, but I asked one of my sisters if she'd every heard of them and she said YES! She'd gone to a friends house and used her restroom. ha! She loved the smell of the hand soap so much she asked her friend and it happened to be Thymes! So, of course she ordered hers that day. I think when she comes back to my house, she might be ordering some more.

The smells of Christmas are so enticing and hold such special memories. We have been getting a real tree for the past few years and I don't think I will ever go back to not having at least one real one. Yes, I dream of having multiple Christmas trees! I even requested for my 30th Birthday (3 years ago today) that we go to a Christmas tree farm. I am such an Mom.

Having Thymes in our kitchen might even inspire me to do the dishes (I said might - if my husbands reading - no guarantees). The all-pupose cleaner has been great for just general cleaning needs and dusting and that room spray! Oh that room spray is magic! We need a lot of magic in our house with all the boy living there.

Please take moment and tell me your favorite memory connected with the smell of a Christmas tree

I love the communication and connections one simple comment on a blog can bring. Lifetime friendships are formed, grown, and flourished in this little box. So, basically the pressure is on ;)
