Catch the Moment 365 | 2015 | Week 6

I have apparently gotten off with my day counts. I think it started last week, so you've seen this first picture before. I will go back and make it right but wanted to make sure I got today's photos up first! I have to say this has been a great week. Challenging of course, but I have really been enjoying my boys. We've been cooking more at home and playing more at night. I even got to leave work early on Thursday. I had to use vacation time of course, which I barely have, but it was worth it to spend the afternoon with my guys and get some things done that needed to happen. Now thank God it's Friday.

36|265 Our Ari dog - who thinks he's a human and a bear.

37|365 Bananas. This was Friday night just before bed. His last day as a baby who has never tried solid food. I guess I still have some photos to load because I did get a picture of him trying a banana for the very first time. Let's just say this little chunker was a fan. Ps. Look at that drool!

38|365 Beignets! I made these as just a little treat for my family. My mom used to make them like this for us when we were kids and I just thought I'd try. I took some more photos of them - so blog post/recipe coming soon!

39|365 Window light

40|365 We have this treasure in jars of clay.

41|365 Holding on. I asked Wesley to snap this picture because I could feel Ezra's grip on the back of my shirt. (we've both had better hair days)

42|365 Why can't they just say "okay" instead of refusing to brush their teeth (or insert problem here) when five minutes later the say "no" when you say stop what they were not wanting to do in the first place!

I love the communication and connections one simple comment on a blog can bring. Lifetime friendships are formed, grown, and flourished in this little box. So, basically the pressure is on ;)
