Connor turned Two!

Actually, my nephew Connor turned two a month ago, but he's was visiting from Colorado last week and of course he had to have another party! At home, he had a "Mickey Party" and at NaNa and Granddaddy's (my parents) he had a "McQueen" party.

He blew out the candle like 5 times and I definitely scream on this one...he's SO close to the flame.

 This kid is ALL boy and oh so cute. It's crazy how I can just SEE the changes in him from visit to visit. Like how he has gone from a few descriptive words to sentences in just a couple of months. I don't see these changes as much in my other nieces and nephews because I see them in person a little more often.

I did get more pictures of the adults, but they just aren't as cute as these little kiddos. There were a few big kids there too though. It was really just closest family and friends. The cousins got a chance to play with all of the new toys immediately. Oh and if you can't tell by the pictures below. . . I did a little playing myself. (i.e. Mickey, McQueen and Mater Racing for my camera).

When I was younger, I kind of always wished my birthday was in the summer so that I could always have swimming/water related parties and Connor so gets to do that. There was a "car wash". Such a cute idea! =)

but they mostly washed each other!

 

This just happened to be in the middle of Jonah's sickness. He didn't really have a fever at this point, but could his lip be stuck out any farther?

Poor guy.

and these kiddos. I just can't get enough!

I'm so glad they get to come and visit as often as they do, because I love to see this little boy grow.
