Sunshine and Light - Behind the Camera and Dreaming

Sunshine and Light

A light exists in spring
Not present on the year
At any other period.
When March is scarcely here

 A color stands abroad
On solitary hills
That science cannot overtake,
But human naturefeels.

It waits upon the lawn;
It shows the furthest tree
Upon the furthest slope we know;
It almost speaks to me

Then, as horizons step,
Or noons report away,
Without the formula of sound,
It passes, and we stay:

A quality of loss
Affecting our content,
As trade had suddenly encroached
Upon a sacrament.
Emily Dickinson

Spring, will you stay forever?

Happy {almost} 2nd Birthday to my niece Laural
I couldn't leave these shots out of this beautiful big girl bathed in sunlight.

PS. All photos of the Muscadine vine were processed with Paint the Moon's Vintage Fairytale. One of my favorites.

I love the communication and connections one simple comment on a blog can bring. Lifetime friendships are formed, grown, and flourished in this little box. So, basically the pressure is on ;)
